Trying to remember the good times of a romance doomed to fail.
It's no good me crying
You never were to be mine
just remember the good times
when we'd talk in rhymes
walking hand in hand
not trying to understand
our love was; no is, strong
though we never lasting long
so much now to miss
a smile, a touch, a kiss
the look from your bright eyes
your pleasure shown in soft sighs
your fingers caressing my flesh
how quickly we began to mesh
these will remain for my life
wishing you'd become my wife
