Balcony of Hope

I stood silent, and alone upon a balcony of hope

overlooking pelicans at bay.

There I saw the eternal grace of swans

amidst Mother Nature’s floral bouquet.

As the threshold of Love opens her doors

to renew the dreams which once were fading,

my heart slowly spirals

into the wind as I catch a glimpse

of memories cascading.

In this solitude of essential being

I feel loves’ ethereal canvas dancing upon my soul.

Painting me with divinities acceptance

as my heart begins surrendering all control.

I thought I stood silent and alone

on a balcony of hope

overlooking pelicans at bay;

However…

I was spiritually being embraced by a celestial angel

showing me what she had to say.
