Empyrean Promise
If love’s heart were a blue serenade
cascaded upon the melody of a tiger lily;
would the roses cerise of passion kiss
the vibrant wings of freedoms release?
Wafting upon the songs of midnight’s echo
like wild fire reaching to explore temptation;
would the scarlet embers scatter
into the burning essence of erotic obsession?
Dancing within the emotions of prismatic gem stones,
would truth be raised into the harmony of understanding
upon the jeweled pearls of moon beams across a lover’s dream?
Would the songs of euphoric escalation entwine
the vows of a devotions garden;
planting the faith of virtue
upon the soul of integrity’s visions?
Would openness of emotions be pressed
upon the eventide of tomorrow,
kissing the gracility of empyrean promise?
Beholding confessions of the heart
with protection from darkened storms,
would the vault of commitment honor the petals
of love’s beautiful pledge?

with protection from darkened storms,
would the vault of commitment honor the petals

This is the universal question all ask! Love is an emotion, a feeling, that only each person has a relationship with. Everyone loves in their own unique way.
Lovely poem and your photo is so beautiful!
Much peace, love, and light,

what a beautiful verse the sentiment grips the heart and i belive it speaks the truth confession of matters of the heart are always good for the soul.
Your opening line ... "if loves heart were a blue serenade cascaded upon the melody of a Tiger Lily" at once reveals a glimpse into the heart of, and the depth of insight the writer has, and it also intrigues and challenges the reader with a question(s) that is/are not easily answered. Your sweetly textured invention challenges the reader to think outside of the box of their own insights. Beautifully done!
Blessings ...
Lovely & sweet!
