So true!!!! Love this, and I have always loved dandelions- though I confess, my family ate them, my great-grandmother being from Italy, poor dandelions.

Wonderful breathtaking photograph! And many a dandelion I have have on my table over the years. Sweet smelling and decorative and makes a child happy for its acceptance, well said...

Dawn,

Your child was right. There is so much light,love and beauty in a dandelion. The blooming of the dandelion tells of the coming of spring and fall, the spawning of different species of fish and to some makes a tasty addition to a salad. Peace, Love and Blessings Always. Paul.

Most of us appreciate this phenomenon. How else could we face each other in early morning? Your words are lovely and, oh... so true. We were much more lovable back when we looked at things with the eyes and mind of a child. ... And what a super photo to add emphasis to your poem!
