Along life’s way we find a dream.
And chase and chase until we find
We’re worn out, beat down, torn at the seam,
With hardship on the mind.
Wrong decisions shape our path
Nothing seems to agree
With the road we’ve taken, such aftermath
Why all this misery?
Then a bright spot comes at a random time
To point to the path God has shown.
Each step, each footprint laid in line
For His glory, our life’s work alone.

Life's journey is not always as we hope, but trusting in God makes our life more blessed.
