Around the horizons rim,
some halfway up a limestone wall,
carved were hieroglyphics where
someone before me used to
climb and whirl,
to contemplate
besetting fears
of flying in
the astral
world.
I see the callus of concrete
neath disappearing moss of peat.
I flew above the crowds through cool windy blocks of
city streets.
I flew out to stars
of a race of starvation slim
inhabitants of another world
where waves of light permeates
all space and transmits
transverse waves of
electrons with memories
of years ago,
millenniums
etched in the
collective consciousness
for us to keep as the oceans sand
sticks to the skin of
my third eye.
I am only one luminous grain
embe dded in your hand.
Tonight, I will take
you along with me flying
through this voluptuous
beautiful wondrous land.
Meet me in the face of this cloudy taste.
To shine the light and understand the Pleiadians race.
I dreamt of flying a few more times since this one. Just the other night I flew. I am getting better at controlling it ;)
I meet you in the face of the cloudy taste...
Oh! What a lovely ethereal poem you've written to make me glad of our connections. Wonderful, Jeanette!

I liked this one. It's got that surrealistic feeling you get when the spirit goes airborne, bound by no one's limited imagination. I love the closing lines.
Subjectively, I did not enjoy this as much as others of yours. Objectively, I think it could use some grammatic polishing and a bit of "tweaking" to make it better. I am enjoying your accompqanying artworks as much as your writing! If that's a "flying saucer" in the upper right hand corner, it threw me. I first thought of "astral" in the metaphysical sense, and was "expecting" the poem to be in that vein. But, of course, it can correctly refer to anything "of the stars." Hanley
Oh, I am very happy to find you & this. Perfect! Namaste, Janet
