I’m left to wonder if Americans of African descent will patch up our world with the seldom used glue of non-deceptive knowledge or will we go out as the dinosaurs because we refuse to read the signs posted wherever we gather. We believe in God and build numerous houses for God because we believe God is homeless. And yet make scriptural quotes about father’s many mansions already existent.
We empower the things and ideas created to destroy us by our constant reference to them like white supremacy which most non-whites realize is a lie. Segmented realities. Conflicting facts but we build our lives on this lie. When we embrace self-concepts of racial inferiority.
We say we know the difference between right and wrong, good and evil but are still mesmerized by religious zealots all professing belief in one God Supreme yet justify killing each other as if God endorsed human jousts where the survivors prize is in reality hell on earth.
