Many Black people and some other folks think they are powerful and I understand that.
They flex their muscles and some institutions move not because they are afraid but because continued confrontations are costly.
“In God We Trust” was no doubt meaningful when first printed on American currency because that was years before the advent of the invention of thermonuclear and biological weapons of war.

But over stand this those who equate position with power have a mindset that is both erroneous and counterproductive.
Placement in high positions guarantees one thing you will be pulled by stronger strings more powerful than the position one occupies.
According to the current interpretation of, “In God We Trust” many are in positions but few are in power.

I can think of only two Black people in power in the US.
Oprah Winfrey and Robert Johnson.
Contrary to popular belief every other Black person is in a position.
Condeleeza and Colin hold positions.

Power is writing ones truth and hoping there are readers who share ones positions in an era where ignorance is not only Inexcusable
