Little Old woman Gray as the day Head bent, windblown Her left hand guides a cane To steady herself upon wet, uneven asphalt And with her right holds high a leopard print umbrella As one would wield a flaming torch against the unknown

I picture this write a sight which caught your eye...Then I think to myself the journey of this womans life...the stories she could tell. I really enjoyed this one.

Rose is right, this does read like a story or at least a mystery...where is she going, why is she out in the rain, where is her family...all questions that pop to mind with such a vivid word painting.
