Defrost the fridge,

un-deck the halls,

dust far corners,

dig in, pitch out,

heave, cleave,

sit very still,

do not come apart,

let each day play out,

do not walk in the dark,

guard the warm place.

Wait.

You know this list is like my list except I don't do the first four lines, just repeat the last seven over and over.
