there is no god
and those in wait
huddle behind the curtain,
separating there and now,
gathering for warmth,
forever and ever in wait,
for a spot of still-warm tea
spilled on the linoleum,
a Rorschach-ian splash,
and a few tossed crumbs,
firmly held in life's design;
the dead are hungry too
for the knowledge of
those too soon left behind.

killer title - content just as great. clean and made me think (which is good). tks
"Spilled Maps"- The Chiefs of The Pantheons around the globe that made their way through the sword of shame might have a nightmare when they dream of "Spilled Maps", but I just woke up to read a masterpiece written with the ink of Justice.
