The light has almost faded
the day has almost ended
but the sea is still crashing
with multiple waves in to the sand.
The silhouette of the craggy mountains
rests below the line of the silver clouds.
The lights of the houses shimmer below
but the waves are still crashing.
A lone figure crouches down
watching the waves come in
but the persistent ocean pays no heed
and continues its crashing ways.
The light has almost faded,
the day has almost ended
but the sea is still crashing
with many persistent diving waves.
