Walk daily believing that the Lord is always at your side.

As a child, I was taught early in life to
never steal, never curse,or never tell a lie;
or bad things will happen,you will be lost,
forever or soon you will die.
It never dawned on me that one day this
could be a test of will not of pride;
That I can pass as long as I have the
Lord on my Side.
I'll opened my eyes, one day I'll be
older and someone else will say;
you are now a model for others to follow
so teach them God's way.
In the back of my mind, as I've grown
physically at this time;
My mind is still roaming and my
sins I'm denying.
I remember as an adult I should act the part by
teaching others to deny pride;
I can have anything and everything I
need with the Lord on my side.
