This poem is about a part of a vacation trip in the early 60's while visiting relatives we went to a waterpark. This poem is in my poetry book "The Journey Through My Life".
1962....A DAY AT THE WATERPARK We were on vacation Visitng our relations While we were there Went to a park of water Mom, dad, sisters, myself We were splashing We were jumping In that expansive water park Sisters and myself had a lark With waves rolling in the pool We thought it was really cool When the tune was playing With the mexican mouse singing We would all be happily dancing As the catchy tune was playing
