STRESSED spelled backward is DESSERTS! No, I am not advising to eat more cake but please take time out every day to enjoy the things you like to do. I wrote chapters about stress in my mentoring books. As a general rule for every 30-50 minutes of a work related activity take a 10-15 minute break to refresh and invigorate your spirit. The other alternative is to end each day with an activity you enjoy doing. Set aside 30-60 minutes time aside each day and treat it as if your doctor prescribed it. It could be reading a favorite book, walking in the woods, bike riding, going to the gym, etc. All the BEST! John M.D.
