BROKEN HEARTS MENDED HEARTS

My poem "Broken Hearts Mended Hearts" is a tale about a woman whose loving heart was shattered and tattered when she was unceremoniously dumped by her supposedly beau and how a friend of hers came from the sidelines to bring her smile back, chase away the hurt and mend her broken heart....

 'MENDED HEARTS BROKEN HEARTS"

 

 

He broke your loving heart

And he left you shattered

Like your heart had been torn apart

Felt like you had been tattered

 

We have been friends for awhile

I watched how you were torn apart

It's time to bring your smile back

It's time to mend your broken heart
