my poem "I Went here You Went There" is about a man who has been trying to get the attention of a woman but they keep going in opposite directions....
"I WENT HERE YOU WENT THERE" I have been really trying To capture your attention But we have been going In many different directions I have been traveling about The small town path You have been traveling about The big town path I have been to Crossville Hillsville, Quinton and Kannapolis You have been to Nashville Louisville, Richmond and Indianapolis I have been keeping my eye on you Would like to be with you But I am a small town man And you are a big town woman

As I read this, Billy Joel's Uptown Girl started running through my head. Like two dreams passing through the night and never the twain shall meet.

But then again he could be stalking her. ;-)
