Having had her interest piqued

She had driven from a distance away

Just so she could sneak a peak

He had seen her online profile display

She causually wandered into the entry

Into our town's only bagel eatery

She was a strikingly beautiful woman

Wasn't dressed like a business executive

But dressed like a laboring contracting woman

He sat there amused while he was eating

Did she think that he was worth seeing

He thought that her outfit was deceiving

He thought who was she trying to fool

Obviously looked like she couldn't handle a tool

Not interested in anything on the menu

She departed, deciding not to continue
