My poem "Pacing" is about the reasons why we "pace" about....

 "PACING"

 

 

Pacing

Waiting for that

First date to be ready

 

Pacing

Waiting for the

Beautiful bride to arrive

 

Pacing

Nervously for the

First baby to arrive

 

Pacing

Patiently waiting

For news on your promotion

 

Pacing

As the drivers follow

The pace car to start the race

As we look back upon our lives, we realize we should've have enjoyed those times instead of waiting for them to begin or end.

I have to admit what you say in this poem is accurate and right. But you could have added a pacing line about how long we must wait for the seemingly forever "Red lights!" Well done Steve!

Enjoyed. Makes me wish I could pace once more while waiting for some event in my life to arrive.

I think you missed one: Pacing Patiently waiting For your hearse to arrive at your gravesite.
