My poem "My Mom....Living On Windy Hill" is about growing up in suburban Philly in a residential section high up a incline / hill and how it was so windy in the fall, winter & spring that my mother nicknamed it "Windy Hill".
"MY MOM....LIVING ON WINDY HILL" We lived up on a hill When I was growing up My mom named it Windy Hill Because the wind was always up In the Winter when it was colder With the continual winds blowing Made it just that much colder You could always hear the wind blowing

I've learned to hate the wind, sucking the heat from my bones. It's cold and windy out this morning� Has been all spring. I can't wait for a calm sunny afternoon once again so I can relax. The last place I'd want to live is Windy Hill.
