My prose / poem "A Multitude Of Emotions" is about how we experience different emotions and how we handle them all....

 "A MULTITUDE OF EMOTIONS"

We've all experienced

Anger

Annoyance

Disappointment

Frustration

Hurting

Sadness

S#o you just smile and move on

Even when it hurts

Because of others

We have all been there

We have all experienced it

We all know how it feels

But you do not ever

Get over it at all

So the only alternative is

You just move on

You hope to never have to

Ever experience it again

So you just move on

You move on and try to forget if you can. Forgive if someone asks for forgiveness. Only if someone asks.

You are so right! No matter what has happened to us in life, we need to move forward and never look back, for if we do, we would be letting the past govern our lives in the future.

Dwelling on negative past experiences accomplishes nothing, not only that, it prevents one from "moving on." I get what you mean, Stephen. Love and peace to you,

Regis
