My poem "My Mom....The Blueberry Strawberry Patch' is about my mom's garden across the dirt road growing Blueberry's and Strawberry's, and the metal pie pans, to chase away birdies while Thunder storm lightning strikes create a crinkling sound when hitting the pie pans....
"MY MOM....THE BLUEBERRY STRAWBERRY PATCH"
In my mom's garden
Across the dirt road
She had plants growin
And was growing a load
Of delicious blueberry's
And juicy strawberry's
Put up metal pie pans
To chase away birdies
When a thunder storm
Would roll around
The lightning bolts striked
There would be a crinkling sound
When the pans would be strucked

If you tend to believe romantic, passionate, masculine poetry is a thing of past eras, read "She Intrigues Me," and be swept away in the beautiful craft of a contemporary poet of love.
