My poem "He Avoided Getting In Gear" is about a fellow who did not help any of his co workers out at all....
"HE AVOIDED GETTING IN GEAR" He would just rudely sneer When he was told to get it in gear That the proverbial saying Was just so very annoying Everyone would just yelp When he did not try to help He would just snarl and snerk When they talked about team work He played around like a clown And let everyone else down

He was a jerk, but what would happen is when he needs help no one would give him a hand either. What he gives is what he's going to get in return.

He was a slacker and a jerk. I can see why he couldn't get along with all of you at work. Too bad you can't name names. That would be tattle-tailing.

There's at least one in every work crew.
