It seems like you want to compare yourself a lot with your neighbour; or perhaps it is just the way you write your prose. Comparison to others may often drag us down emotionally when you think you are not up to their standard of living. Just know that bigger house, bigger cars mean bigger bills to pay and bigger headaches when you can't keep up with the bills.
