My poem "A Season....Winter 1974" "A Snowstorm Sneaking Up" is about a snowstorm in February 1974 that sneaked up on everyone and disrupted a Friday afternoon. This poem is in my poetry book "The Journey Through My Life".
"A SEASON....WINTER 1974" "A Snowstorm Sneaking Up" The snowstorm was a surprise Causing business's to close early It was slippery, drivers agonized Everyone trying to get home early Later when the snow ended Two friends decided to take a walk Along the quiet snowy street Spending their time to just talk They were all alone, free to speak About their mutual interest's Life after High School graduation And matters of the heart interest's And their life free of frustration
