My prose / poem "Vacation....The Train In Richmond, Virginia is about seeing a train from the car and giving the train engineer a greeting sign that engineers give to one another. This poem is in my poetry book "The Journey Through My Life".
"VACATION....THE TRAIN IN RICHMOND< VIRGINIA" I was quietly riding In the cars back seat As we were going Through the lower district In Richmond, Virginia We were casually riding Past the high supports of The railroad train trestle A Chessie Cargo train Was moving along Out of the back window I spied the engineer leaning Out of the locomotive cab So i gave him a big Back and forth wave And the engineer responded With his own back and forth wave
