My prose / poem "A Season....Spring 1964" "A Field Trip In The Neighborhood" is about a wonderful teacher who liked to teach about the world of nature and science. This poem is in my book of poetry "The Journey Through my Life".
"A SEASON....SPRING 1964" "A Field Trip In The Neighborhood" In the spring of 1964 On a nice day Our wonderful teacher Took us for a field trip Just outside the school doors We all took in nature Along the perimeter Of the school grounds With our teacher pointing out The colorful flowers And the blooming apple trees Then our wonderful teacher Pointed up to the sky At the curly cirrus clouds Floating across the blue sky
