My prose / poem "A Day....September 8, 1971....A Grand Beginning" is about the great start to my senior year in high school. This poem is in my poetry book "The Journey Through My Life".
"A DAY....SEPTEMBER 8, 1071....A GRAND BEGINNING" After an extraodinary Junior year in high school My senior year Of high school Started off very grand I was the first to have my picture taken For the yearbook Then i was nominated For class representative And lost because I would not vote for myself There were those who Were just very excited That my senior year Was just going to be So very grand
