My prose / poem "My Dad....When My Dad Played Baseball" is about when my dad was growing up he played sandlot baseball and American Legion ball, and later after WWII he played semi pro ball.
"MY DAD....WHEN MY DAD PLAYED BASEBALL" Dad grew up playing Snadlot baseball Granville and Garvin Who were his teammates In American Legion Ball Virginia state championship Annual playoff tournament The brothers went on to Play major league baseball Mainly with the Philadelphia Phillies Later on with friend catcher Buck Together they played semi pro baseball
