My poem "100 Blackbirds Squawking" is about walking outside to a chorus of 100 Blackbirds squawking until a rambling, noisy trolley rolled on by.
"100 BLACKBIRDS SQUAWKING" Walked outside the Doorway On one cold winters day And the loud serenading Of 100 blackbirds squaking Up in the tops of the trees Then the noisy trolley Interrupted the squawking And they scattered away flying
