My poem "A Couple In True Love 2" is about a couple that I observed walking in in hand on my neighborhood street on a brisk, windy & cold December Sunday.
It's a good feeling to watch how the homes are decorated for Christmas. My husband and I used to drive down the street, marvelling at all those decorations. One house down the street, in particular, was always the one to have overdone with the decorations, but it was nice to see someone go to that extend to put the spirit of Christmas into our lives. It cheered me up every time I looked at that house.
