Live each day to the fullest, and by the end of each day, think of what you have done and write something positive about it. As time passes, you reread those notes and remember the positive energy in yourself. Now, that's a good memory.
A tall order to keep. My days tend to be all the same now except for outstanding runs to visit doctors in their offices. But I do try to write some prose in my books each day. They will be remembered when they are published as an entire work, a novel or collection of short stories.
