I LOVE CREEDENCE CLEAR WATER REVIVAL...
PROUD MARY is still one of my favourite songs
of all time...when I hear it...it still had the power to
thrill and uplift!
BAD MOON RISING too...
They were very popular here in UK...and both these
songs big hits here...
Need more songs like this around now!...

I had the great pleasure of attending a Houston Livestock and Rodeo Show performance by John Fogarty a few years ago. And I was amazed, both by his great creativity and long-lasting career even though Creedence is long gone.

Brought back memories of dancing with a beautiful identical twin like me but from a foreign country, Sweden. Gunnabrit-Margaret Lof. Every bit as beautiful as the actress Ann-Margaret. The song was some rather inane, but catchy lyrics, Susie Q. Long live John Fogarty and the magic you do!

Gunnabrit and her sister, Ingabritt, moved while I was attending my cousin's wedding in NYC without a forwarding address or phone number. So I lost what could've been the love of my life, starting with a song by Credence.
