I lost a friend last week. Her smile once lit our high school world.
The Exchange “Grief is the price of love,” I was told In loving, a piece of you is gone, is sold, It is a price worth paying; it is not for naught, Through grief’s deep wounds, a lesson taught.

This is a fitting tribute, expressing grief for the loss of your friend and acknowledging the debt of gratitude and friendship you shared with this individual throughout your lives.
