Come, let us sing life's lullaby
As we both cry
Moments of time in unrecognized suspension
Grasp the wind or latch onto a cloud passing by
Together, we may happen upon a why
We'll serenade the sky wandering by
Two friends on philosophical missions
For understanding and peaceful resolutions
We stumble, bumble then tumble
Our faces in the dirt of ignorance land
Relentlessly we get to our feet
And with the clean cloth of hopes renewed
Wipe away the dirt of ignorance
This posture, this stance, is noble indeed
Like wandering minstrels, seeking a seer
Answers always drawing nearer
Tomorrow appearing in the rear view mirror
Scholars look upon our journey and muse
Two fools traveling the road to cannot be
Will the tyrant of the psychedelic tarmac
Not grant, that to roam we are indeed free
Onward my weary friend
Answers to the why and how call
Even on our faces in the dirt of ignorance
Above most men we tower
For we seek, only to learn, per chance
Not glory nor power
I really enjoy your wording style!
