Mother Nature's Spring Fling

She rules the seasons.

Time moves slowly, apace with nature's

Methodical, multidimensional, orbiting pace

Events unfurling in warm, yet thunderous

Multihued scripted routines

No time line will offend

What has been scribed upon the wind

She will not regress nor readdress

The balance, on knife edge

All are committed, pledged

When there appears in high definition

That all is in absolute, natural cognition

Bud nor bloom shall not precede

The vernal equinox rapping at her door

The sun's high angle

It will linger 'til warmth offers incubation

All subsequent things she will promptly abort

If they elect to run ahead

Only she will lead

All else is submissive and will succeed

To try to outpace the wind

Gives cause for her to rescind

For only she will

Choreograph the dance, orchestrate the season's music

Conduct the song

We are all Mother Nature's little sing alongs

This is very creative, The winds of the season, I invision a music conductor orchestrating music on his command,, softly, or maybe full of force.

...it is the nature of a mother...to perhaps choose the music for little sing alongs...and we will forever remain the children of her dance.
very well written Jon...

An exceptional write! No doubt about it... Mother Nature is awesome as she flaunts her seasonal powers; just one way of keeping us aprised of just who really is in charge... peace and love! Janice
