Satan's trickery lies in unsuspecting places.

A pool as clear as black pitch

Without a riplle or twitch

Rimmed with soft greenery

Should I trust this lush scenery

A reflection stares back at me

With a face unknown

And yet, I am alone

There is tranquilty trying to appease me

I'm captured, mesmerized in a dance

The moon plays on the pool

Careful unwise fool

This ploy may be the Devil's tool

Flee this place of self disgrace

Clear water returns your perfect image

This ebon pool reaches out

For souls to corrupt, steal

Make away in haste

Your good conscience and soul appeal

Another moment do not waste
