Let day slip silently, painlessly into the blessed night.

Slowly night relinquishes

its grip on reality

our minds

begin excursions

sensibilities are excused

possibilities loom

a starry trip

across the universe

a new poem

a verse

the regimen

of daylight is dashed

we escape to

our creative

"yellow brick roads"

no pompous overloads

smooth sailing

across the sea

of imaginative tranquility

come

dream with me

Hey Jon its amazing how different methods are used for escape. Reading through your masterful writings -- night is when you dream your wonderful dreams after getting through the day.
