Horrible messages leaching from the walls

Semitic verses, scribed there during the rise

longer than the third reich, did they survive

of atrocities and genocide they describe

no match was Hitler, it's plain to see

for the children from the sea of Galilee

black arm bands, black hearts and swastikas

unable to defeat, or compete with pure hearts

love and compassion a mighty foe

stronger than hatred and genocide you know

scrub and repaint as dilligently as they might

the story from those tenement hall, walls

will last as long as God gives the earth light

not of esoteric origin these recorded sins

they're understood by all of earth's good men
