The slimness of her stem attracts me
her bell mouth top, diversely servile
an elegant glass slipper about her base
this creature of seduction, finest crystal
my lass, this glass
her rim evokes rection from my lips
caressing her inside
as I sip from her
a delectable claret
we embrace in a dance
shaping moods in a cascade of dreamy pleasures
in the solitude of her gentle thoughts
I find exhilaration
pure rush overwhelms me
her stem I hold just so
not to overpower
enough to illicit her warm glow
gently we waltz through the night
sip and intimate talk 'til near light
my glass and I
accept no receptions nor double dates
we are a solo team
until she sends me off into the night
where sweet dreams
of clarets and fine crystal servants await
I have been swept into the elegant waltz of your beautiful love poetry, like a romance submersing me into the essence of passions sipping every tonal word you offer in "My Wine Glass"....Lovely!!!

and a wino is born. Not to worry, I are one, too.
Sweet, seductive wine, the gift of the gods.
Why do I light this poem so much?

A fine aroma of sensuality throughout this gem! Cheers!;-)
Eileen
as John observed, a sensual experience.
In truth, an affair of the heart and palate.
Your health, Jon.

Sensual oh so sensual, and sensuous and erotic, certainly one of your finest poems. I love this, truly I do.
