My life is blessed

No Man is an Island
 
When you have friends in your life, your life is more blessed.
They give you courage and joy, they strengthen your nest.
They will enrich your life, in fact, they make it the best.
You’re drawn to those with the same values. you possess.
 
For the life of me, I can’t imagine what my existence would be,
Without my special friends standing next to me.
When I’m down, they are beside me, ready to lift me up.
They do it with hugs or with words that overflow my cup.
 
I could live through anything if they were by my side.
They give me wind beneath my wings, through all the low tide.
You need someone special on the other end of the phone,
For no man is an island, you can’t stand alone.
 
If you think you can, then you’re a better person than I,
“Cause I need my friends with me, to help me fly.

Bonnie, "no man is an island"...and now you tell me that? when I have my mouth full of sand and bikini wearing sweet things are walking all over me? and why you call me "Dear Hawaii" if I am not an island?

What a beautiful, pristine beach and breathtaking scenery! Inspirationally flowing with the cup of love over flowing. Words so true as none can stand alone....

As always dear Bonnie May you have managed to capture the true essense of one of life's greatest gifts -- Friends! I came to this den an "island" torn apart by Counterfeit Love's Hurricane and the den of friendly encouraging support has kept my head above water. Thanks! Deborah
