If You Had But One Wish?
If you had but one wish, what would it be?
This question was always troubling but also tickled me.
Do you ever think about it, does it ever cross your mind?
Do you search you’re soul, do you find answers of any kind?
I could wish for riches so my life would be enhanced.
I could wish for talent so I could write, sing or dance.
I could wish for blessings, this one could be the best.
Or I could wish for peace, so my soul could be at rest.
There are so many things I could wish for, so many disturb my soul.
But what good would wishing be, could it ever make me whole.
Wishing can’t be the answer for its like trusting in the Lottery.
The chances of ever winning one, are 10 billion to three.
So I will continue doing what I’ve always done before.
That is praying to my Savior and not one fixation more.
For HE gives me my true riches, HE gives me all my peace.
HE gives me my everything, and will ‘til I’m deceased.

Many things he has withhold from you, but he gives them to you at the right time and place. I wish for world peace too and hope it comes soon. Love this write and you are so wonderful a christian person and let your love for God shine out to others.
