Depression is such a serious issue it that needs to be more reported and taken seriously.Also people who want to judge or criticize someone because of their depression are no better than anybody else.It is hard for someone that you love and care so much,sink down to lower levels and you can do everything in your power to help that person out,but it still won't work.I agree that at the end of the day,people should love themselves and get themselves out of a hole.Also they need love and support coming from family and friends as well that will get them to the next level of complete bliss and beyond.Take good care of yourself

Well done, I have seen depression and it is hard to watch someone you care about sink into that category.

True, its the self that has to make the decision...I made mine 15 odd years ago, and rather than suicide, I committed therapy and anti-depressants and am still on them, though sometimes I slip and forget them for a few days and boy do I get weird then...e

Great write, Bonnie; depression is nothing to meess with. I know. I suffer from it, but I try to rely on the Lord to get me through the darkest days. That's all I can do.
