This is exactly what it was like when Darrell proposed to me. We had just picked up my ring, which was beautiful, and right there in the car he asked...I think we were both taken aback by the force of the reality, which at least, this one time, was greater than the fantasy. I remember when Steve gave me my engagement ring, and asked me to marry him - we both had tears. It is one of my most wonderful memories. Thank you for reminding me [I hadn't thought about that in years].
