Water droplets fall softly
pooling ripples to fade on their accord.
In the distance a flute calls lightly
to evoke and implore.
The sunshine wavers kaleidoscopes
of endless arrays upon the damp forest floor.
Reflections of life scurry in haste
gathering essentials, a repertoire encore.
I inhale springs scent infusing
stale thoughts with life’s mystical breath,
exhaling through the coldest moments
barriers of exiled dreams where truth defeats death.

What a beautiful poem you have written here. (I’m sure you already knew that though)… lol The artwork is just perfect for the piece, as one can just feel and hear the water flowing past. Really enjoy your poetry. Have an easy day.

Best of luck to you and yours,

So good to read you again too.
Jack
I read this one three times and it was wonderfully smooth and breathtaking each time.
