not my favorite flower
but one spread about in fantasy by
grave-diggers hoping for fuel
to light their enigmas.
each sky light glows danger,
flows monsters, each step brings
melancholy to the scene,
and creatures seem poised now,
running in circles,
round and round oak trees,
planted to attract moss, that green
spreading downwards toward
tombs unopened by moons,
unwanted by the gods.
Well done!!
