A glimpse into the turmoils of Bipolar Depression and what some people may feel while in its Depression Stage.
Here I go Here I go again tryin’ to perpetuate hate when all I necessitate is love mood-swings gettin’ me down keep it up I’ll be only thing aroun’ Here I go with the same ol’ game making others feel bad just because I’m sad Triggers goin’ off don’t know why got that same ol’ feeling just want to die planting a garden hoping flowers will grow but the seeds in my head keep wishing me dead Take these pills it will stop the pain wake up next day do it again Here I go caught in the wind hoping and praying my cycles will end… © Janice Blocker 2008

A meaningful sharing ! It shard to go through all that! I hope there is medication that can help stabilize you. I worked in mental health for many years and have seen the ups and downs of many. Hang in there.........M

You have really written an insightful poem for people who may have someone they love with a similiar issue and unable to understand where their loved one is coming from, and that is such a powerful thing-great work.

A vicious cycle that I am sure is difficult to deal with. You bring out so much in this heartwrenching piece of inner turmoil. I pray one day a more manageable cure will be found....
