LIPS UNKISSED © Lips unkissed are best Left closed when Talk of love arises, For what sweet secrets Can they share when No passion’s past between them? Gentle kiss, teaches more Than words of love in ink. Soul kiss, Mouth to mouth, Tells more than speaking tongues. Lips unkissed, Knowing no lover Nor art of love, Should be kept closed Save for French salute. Contact – Tongue to tongue, Schools lips with tender touch, Seducing hearts Till all talk is forgot In the silence of a kiss.

I've written many poems but... never thought of writing about... the kiss.
Such elicitation of touch sensation in your words, I could almost feel that I was being kissed.
