Listing our needs was a great thing for you to do. We take too much for granted, and the simple essentials give us the comfort we need and the luxuries can be taken literally, but we really don't need half of what we want. A better existance is an easier less cluttered on my mind in my old age.

Greetings to Author-Poet Phyllis Jean Green.

"What is This 'Happy?'" is telling me to wake up…. It is an inspired poetical revival of social Poetry written under the sounds of reality.

I will do as told by the last stanza of "What is This 'Happy?'" and send a copy of it to the five permanent members of United Nations Security Council, the Engineers of War and Manufactures of Weapons. I will also send a copy of it to The Honorable Members of The U. S. Congress, and remind them that we have TWENTY FIVE MILLION PEOPLE living - passing through life – below the POVERTY LINE.

What makes a great Poet is not the number of pages she/he writes, but the number of people she/he can inspire.
