Dimple

This poem is about my precious sister-in-law, Dimple. She is both a joy and a blessing to our family

 

DIMPLE
 
Her family gathers round her
In her ol’ Kentucky home.
They come from near and far to see
The wonder we have known.
 
To watch her cook and hear her laughter
And eat her biscuits too,
The joy she gives to those around,
The love she always shares.
 
The years have passed so quickly by,
Her hair has now turned gray.
 
The love she gives to all of us
On each and every day.
 
There is no greater love that’s known
By her family and her friends.
We love her all as we gather here,
In this ol’ Kentucky home.
